I’ve never had their food, I’ve only picked up orders for delivery from them and the customer service is terrible. No one greets you when coming in. People that work there are more interested in their own conversation in the back than anything else that’s going on customer wise in their store.

This company will charge your credit card and than state the charge didnt go through and not make the order you will show them proof of the charge and they will state they can not make the order this the one in Bayonne NJ is a scam DO NOT GO THERE. The worst pizza I’ve ever had. The attached picture is of a “make your own” pizza which costed $35 including taxes and tip. Two of the toppings I ordered ie: Pepperoni and extra cheese weren’t even added. Really disappointed with their service.

Ordered food worth a lot of money and what was delivered was not even half of what I paid with some items missing. Called in and the manager told me to contact whoever delivered the food and he didn’t offer a refund or anything. Will never order from them again

Not only did they hang up twice, the person (male)on the phone was extremely rude. When I called to place the order he said “what u want”. He did not understand the order and became agitated. This was around 10:30 pm on a Monday.

I placed an order for the pizza 3 hours prior, pizza was scheduled for delivery at 7:00pm. Pizza was delivered at 7:40pm cold and no instruction was followed as i ordered no cut pizza but it was cutted and cold.

I ordered my pizza at 11:45pm. The estimate says 35-45 minutes. It is now 1:20am and the pizza is “on the way.” I live 5 minutes away from the location. Do better! If you’re not going to fulfill orders just cancel it and stop wasting people’s time. It’s unacceptable and unprofessional. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

They can’t follow proper delivery instructions and their system doesn’t update. I both changed my contact number under my account AND left delivery instructions to call the number that i wanted called. They obviously don’t pay attention because i had to wait 2hrs foe my order to get to me be also they were calling the number that was changed. How when i changed it and what’s the point of leaving Deliver Instruction if they are not followed. I contacted ted Papa John’s Asap!!! Oh and they also had my Unit number did they once ring the bell, NOPE.
