This is definitely a hidden gem it was a Saturday morning and we were looking for breakfast there was a breakfast place next to it with people waiting in line. I’m not patient so I tried Papa Joe’s! The food was wonderful the service was fast and the price was right Great job Papa Joe’s!

More of a local eatery, which we liked. The staff was very friendly,, price were pretty good, $22 for dinner. No frills,, none needed, none expected. I got an Italian sub and my wife had the fried chicken sandwich. No complaints from either of us. We will go back if in the area again.

My husband and I came up to Blowing Rock on a last minute trip and we stopped by here to eat. Well be advised not to waste your time. The bathrooms were gross and the food was under cooked (the noodles were hard, alfredo was chalky, the Lettuce was brown and the catfish well yuck) and nothing had flavor. A cold sandwich from a gas station would have been better. Oh and the waitress was about as rude as they come. Talking junk everytime she walked by.

Normally I’m not a bad review person, But I find its important to write to save somebody else the trouble. Every restaurant in the area had a wait out the door except for this one… Should have taken that as a sign. The place was very dirty, our little cup of creamer had stuff floating in it, she brought back a fresh one and still had stuff in it, All of the creamer on our table expired last month. The wall next to our booth had splattered food all over it and the bathroom was absolutely GROSS… Our eggs were weird and had literally no flavor, my biscuit was raw dough, and the hashbrowns were freezer burnt and I’m pretty sure they were microwaved.

My family and I on vacation (wife, kids 6&10) ate here. Food was quick and awesome. Baked Ziti and Chicken Parmesan were great. Service was quick and friendly. Reasonably priced. I read some of the negative reviews at the table just after ordering. Can’t understand why people dump on the waitstaff: an elderly lady who is working solo as greeter, waitress, bartender, buss, and everything in between. She does it all with a smile on her face. I worked restaurants for 10 years and have absolutely no complaints about this place.

My nephew is very picky when it comes to food. He greatly enjoyed his pizza. Actually, eating all the crust! Everyone in our parties food looked and smelt wonderful. The waitress was great fun! The price was incredible for amount of food we had. Will definitely be tring them for breakfast next visit to the area.

The only thing good about this place was the service. The waitress was prompt and friendly, but she did touch my dad’s fork which was kinda weird.

I was going into this expecting a pleasant Italian dining experience, instead I was met with pizza on store bought crust with the consistency and taste of cardboard. I paid 45 dollars for 2 people to leave hungry and feeling truly terrible. I wouldn’t risk your night here.
