The slice was great. The turkey sub just ok. The bread was not Papa Gino’s usual. Delivery updates were less than great.

I love papa Gino’s and have been coming to this one my whole life. Unfortunately I live in Boston and there is only one. I ordered from here last night and I ordered 50$ worth of food. I was only able to eat the mozzarella sticks and I excitedly went to heat up my ravioli and there is only 2 in the container! WTH?!?

Whoever made the pizza must be stressed cause he slapped my pizza together and literally did exactly opposite of asked. Asked for light onions crispy done, came loaded and raw- look at the dough In pic. But drove away so I didn’t turn around. I never get papa ginos – guess for the best.

Absolutely love the staff. Managers are awesome! Mel has great dance moves! Best pizza in the world. Pretty chill delivery drivers too. Shame they use doordash sometimes

The employees have no idea what they’re doing. I put in an order but it wasn’t filled. Had to remind them of my order which cause me to wait 35 mins while I was on a 30 mins lunch break.

Went in everyday this week for lunch at 12pm 2 slices and a soda meal is all id like but its never ready no cheese no pepperoni nothing ready 20min wait is what they say and its not busy either at all forced me to go to dunkin donuts my lunch time is only 30 mins wish I could say good but it is what it is

Well I just had a wonderful experience at Papa Ginos , Pond st Weymouth. I was having trouble with the on line ordering and had to call for help to the restaurant. A lovely lady named Dylan was so kind and patient with me . She took the time to go out of her way and explain everything to me. She made sure I got the 20% on line discount. She was a 5 star employee! In this day and age people are nasty when its not necessary. She was so pleasant! I am elderly and I just want it to be noted that she went above and beyond to make sure I was happy . Thank you Dylan!

After an hour I got a text from Papa Ginos that said my driver Gerald was approaching. 20 minutes after that text I called the store to let them know he hadn’t shown up yet. I had to speak with 3 different people for someone to understand what the problem was. After another 20 minutes on hold they let me know they sub out deliveries to door dash and had no way to locate my order which didn’t make sense to me because I got a text with the driver’s arrival time and name so how can you not contact him? Maybe it’s something new for them and that’s why no one there could help, idk. They refunded my order but that took a week to go back onto my card which was frustrating. We were only in town to plan a funeral so it was just an added stress and inconvenience.

Never happy with this particular Papa Gino’s location and it is my favorite cheese pizza. They always get something wrong, this last time they texted when to expect delivery, I waited out in front in cool rain because my address is hard, they were 22 minutes late (but the driver was apologetic and pleasant) and the pizza was cold. Their cheese pizza is not the same as any other Papa Gino’s cheese pizza I’ve ever had either. It isn’t “my absolute favorite cheese pizza ” I was giving this site one more try but can not do it again.
