We ordered online . I picked up in store…Candice and 3 chefs were delightful, friendly, hot food when we got home. Haven’t dined it due to Covid spike…so we will wait ✋ patiently to do so…until then..we will continue to use only this Location. Thank u

Used to love this place. Went here since I was a child. It has been getting worse over time but today was the last time I’ll go here. Craving this pizza, ordered it plus some other items for my group. One item came out. Other orders came out, our pizza never came out. After 45 minutes we walked up to see if it was ready and were told to have a nice day. I asked if our pizza was ready or if we could get a refund. One was ready, one was not. The staff I asked for a refund walked behind the counter and was whispering but never came back to the counter. So, we left with part of our order and left the rest behind, no refund issued. Customer service is broken here butI didn’t want to cause a scene.

Restaurant is clean and looks better than before. Music is now playing at a level that does not interfere with conversations. Service was fast was delivered to table which is not usually the case. Nice job!

FAST DELIVERY BUT….Sloppiest, soggiest, most nastiest excuse for way overpriced pizza we’ve had in a long time. Nobody could finish a single slice it was so nasty…. how do you mess up Pizza!??? Had Papa Gino’s from Salem & loved it, this doesn’t compare. DISGUSTING & SHAMEFUL….what you see here ended up thrown out. $40 for a large pizza & small box of soggy wings supposed to be crispy… HORRIBLE!!! Threw it outside for the birds & animals but doubt even they will eat it….. GROSS!!!

I visited Papa Gino’s in Londonderry, NH on 05/11/23 and the guy who made my steak & cheese sub did a wonderful job, it was delicious!! He had the right amount of cheese & the right amount of salt!! Great job!! The manager & the other worker were extremely accommodating & very nice!! I highly recommend Papa Gino’s in Londonderry, NH!
