We ordered pizza online on July 4th night after the fireworks were postponed. There were probably 50+ ppl sitting, 10 waiting in line, and a parking lot full of ppl waiting in their cars. The staff handled it very well. It took a little longer, so I went home and my wife went back to pick the pizza up. They were calm for how busy it was. I work in food service myself, so I know when a team is stepping up. They did. The girl on register with a black shirt on (manager) was handling the crowd like a pro. Much respect to the crew.

Ordered and payed on Grubhub. Order was confirmed, and it told me to arrive in roughly 20 minutes. When I arrived at the store, they confirmed my receipt and then said they would ‘start my order now’, because they do not make orders from grubhub until the person actually arrives to pick up their order. If this is the case, should probably just not be on Grubhub to begin with.

Stone cold pizza, wings, bread sticks and pasta. Only a 6 minute drive away. We figured delivery would make for a nice family dinner on a busy day. Wish we cooked ourselves. Now I know why we never order delivery. The staff was very busy, which is understandable. But if we knew it wouldn’t be deliverable edible, we could have picked it up or ordered elsewhere. I feel like they should have knew their limitations.

Jeff, the delivery driver, always does his best to get the food here hot and fresh. I would much rather have him, or the other delivery driver. I didn’t get his name. They are great. I hate finding out its Door Dash delivery when I make an order. Especially if it is a hot item because it always comes cold. Papa Gino’s is my go to when I work because it’s got good food.

I typically avoid this place, but the people I was dining with wanted to try it out. Big mistake. Ordered a salad, meatballs and breadsticks. Salad came with no dressing but I had some at home, but when we opened the lid, there was a hair. Pulled the end hoping it was just small and on top, could be easily removed. Was very long and completely intertwined with the salad. That went in the trash without anyone eating a bite. The meatballs were cold in the center as if they hadn’t been in the sauce long enough to serve. Had to heat them to a proper temp to be sure they wouldn’t make anyone ill. Called to speak to manager and was left on hold, then disconnected.

Placed a delivery order tonight. Multiple burgers all made different ways!! The grill cooks nailed it! Everything was made exactly as asked! Way to go Dakota and Christopher!!
