Was out of town and decided to stop for a nice pie. The young man at the counter was very respectful and quick when it came to taking my order and he instantly got me my soda. The whole restaurant was clean and had a good vibe to it and it was the perfect place to check my emails and respond to colleagues. In all this place rocks and i would highly recommend people to come here and the employees there need some recognition and need to be praised.

Papa Gino’s is one of those places that has been an area staple for a long time. The outside of this building has been renovated but the inside still has the same look. The pizza is a really good thin crust pizza. They also have good subs, chicken fingers, and salads. I do recommend ordering ahead of time because they can have a long wait for fast food.

I placed my order for a small pizza, small order of cheesy breadsticks, and a small sub. I waited over 45 minutes and everyone who came in and ordered after me got their food before I did. Also, the only two people who wore gloves was the cashier and the lady making subs. I was quite disappointed and will never order from there again. My pizza was undercooked and my cheesy breadsticks were just breadsticks with minimal cheese. Very disappointing and the only enjoyable thing was my sub.

The boss BBQ Chicken pizza with NO RED ONIONS was amazing! I wish when I said well done, Papa Gino’s as a whole, needs to train people well done means that Crust has to have a crunch to it. I asked them to put it back in for atleast 7 more minutes, then it was absolutely amazing! One of the best pizzas I’ve ever had. BBQ sauce, chicken, ranch dressing, and I think bacon. Holy Sheiza that was dang good! WELL DONE GIVE IT THAT CRUNCH TO HAVE THE TEXTURE IT SHOULD HAVE. Seriously amazing pizza (mouth watering already)

Water Wizz was jam packed and everyone was going to Papa Gino’s. The lobby was full & Eli, the cashing everyone out handled it phenomenally! He was fast, patient, calm and eager to help everyone! It was a pleasant surprise!

The slowest store I think I’ve ever been to, doesn’t matter if there’s legit no one in there, no tickets on their boards, and yet still missing items for orders not seeing them. I can sit in here and wait for like 45 minutes for an order sometimes. It’s literally crazy. Pizzas sitting in the warmers for 45 minutes waiting on 3 minute grill items. Definitely needs a take over.
