If you want to waste time, you go to this, Papa Gino’s. I placed my order at 5:45. The person over at the cashier told me 15 minutes that was gonna be the fastest food ever made in 15 minutes. 15 minutes goes by and then 45 minutes go by and then I get my food handed to me I get home and I’m looking at this steak and cheese. The barely looks like a steak and cheese and breadsticks that barely look like breadsticks.

The food was disgusting, looks nothing like the photos. It’s not the same quality it used to be 3-5 years ago. Pure bait and switch using out of date photos on the website and then delivering a microwave meal. I definitely won’t be coming back here, no wonder why they went bankrupt.

I’m upset honestly. I used to go here for a quick lunch, but now the warmer machine they keep pizza slices in, is always empty or never in use. If you ask for a slice of pizza it takes like half an hour for them to get around to it. The prices are ridiculous too. I wasn’t happy with the staff, while I was waiting in line the lady ignored me for ten minutes while she was talking to her friends. Which is fine because we all socialize at work, but she was rude after, so this is why I am complaining. I hope someone can fix this issue because papa Gino’s has the best pizza but sadly it’s kinda going down hill.

ALWAYS satisfied with the customer service and food is cooked to perfection every visit. (Buffalo chicken Macaroni and cheese is by far my favorite pizza on the menu, hence the picture.) Definitely the best Papa Gino’s I’ve ever been to, no exaggeration. The store wouldn’t be worth going to without the hard work and love that has and currently is being put in by the managers Jay, Taylor, and of course their warm, welcoming staff. Highly recommend coming here!

Took our two grandkids here tonight and the manager, working at the cash register, was so patient and kind to the 8 year old, explaining that the mac and cheese wasn’t like the box kind at all, but more saucy and creamy. Her recommendation of the raviolis was a big hit, they gobbled them up and fought over the last bite!

Ordered a pizza last night and it knocked my socks off. Amazing helpful staff who effortlessly guided my wife to the bathrooms. Finished the meal off with an order of cinnamon sticks that were absolutely delightful. 10/10 will come again!

Service has really gone down hill since they switched from using in-house delivery drivers to Uber/Door Dash drivers. Orders are frequently late. On top of that, the food is usually no longer hot by the time it arrives, and most of the time, the pizza is overcooked.

Guess I should have heeded warning about carefully checking pickup orders before walking out the door. Didn’t think that meant you had to literally open the individual containers to be sure they had actually put steak on a garden salad ordered with steak (order receipt stapled to bag couldn’t have been more clear). I left a tip which they essentially doubled for themselves by overcharging me for the meal. First, and definitely last, time for this establishment. 🙁
