The food is pretty good… but it always takes at least a half hour wait. Even if I go there 10-15 minutes after the food is supposed to be ready, it takes FOREVER. Delivery isn’t very quick either, and they always mess up the order when I get it delivered. The pizza is also not very good… but the chicken tenders are phenomenal. The workers also aren’t very friendly.

I ordered take out on a Friday night about an hour before closing. It was ready within the estimated time. It amazes me Papa Gino’s has been able to withstand the test of time for the growing number of pizza parlors that have been coming up for the past 20yrs. They’ve been able to rebrand and expand their menu options. The pizza is not bad for as long Papa Gino’s has been in business. I have to say in a clutch Papa Gino’s is the way to go.

First time at the Brockton location. Picked up a big order for a birthday party. Restaurant was clean and well organized. Employees were friendly and professional. Food was hot and ready when I arrived. Highly recommend.

Placed order, came in and i am being told to wait another 40 minutes? Whoever owns this, you need to look at your operation. There was a line of ~10 people, and there were 3 workers not moving at all.

I get delivery from here all the time. They’re great. My pizzas always get here super quick. They have a decent variety on the menu. The employees are always friendly whenever I come in. I can’t say I have any complaints. Would recommend to a friend.

This is the best papa Gino’s I’ve been at in years. Everyone who works there is very personable, wich u don’t see much anymore. The pizza is great with the old school pizza oven. And if Marvin is working you will get the best pizza in the city. Hands down. The man cooks pizza with pure love. Another rare commodity these days.

Short of waiting 20 minutes over for my online order time that was scheduled for pick-up… arrived at the store to wait! Not what expected for an online order… after getting pass that hurdle my pizza was good! I live out of state and make it a point to stop here… won’t let the wait skew my review– just need that to be a one-off!

Just skip this place! Walked in to the staff eating from my sandwich and handling my sandwich without gloves. He came out from the section asking for onion they handed him the container and then wipes his hands on his hoodie and continued to make the sandwich. I asked the other staff member if they wore gloves she said yes, I then ask did he put gloves on she said no. She asked me if I wanted my sandwich remade. At that point I was completely turned off and cancelled the order. She then stated they wash their hands as she just touched the register and went back to making pizza without washing her hands. The place is unsanitary. Just avoid this place all together!
