The cook in the back making our buffalo wings was very rude. Originally placed the order at 5 pm, I showed up at 5:30 they said another 10-15 so I came back TWENTY minutes later and still they said more time please. When I asked the cook how much longer was expected he said “I already said it once i’m not saying it again” which is rude and the time you said wasn’t right anyway so like what?

There’s a major problem with the website. There’s always something wrong when I try to order online. Two months ago, I fasted all day and I’m supposed to break my fast at sundown. I ordered online and went there it seemed that the order had been failed although I had gotten a confirmation email. The lady on the cashier was so amazing she handled the situation quickly and gave me the order for free.

Tried the ‘Super Veggie’ pizza and it turned out to be the best I had in Boston! Loaded with veggies!! Perfect crisp base with three cheese blend.. Only downside was the wait time over 30 min. Will give it to them since it was a Saturday

So far I’m always met with good customer service when I come to this location. Just plan ahead and make sure you place your order about 35 minutes before you’re ready to eat and you’ll be fine

Went in for lunch today and ordered pizza and chicken fingers. Friendly service and food was hot and fresh. Will visit again.

Shockingly slow, it was a free slice day but they didn’t bother to try to stay ahead of things by having slice pies prepared, twenty plus minutes for a slice. This was also the location where the T had contracted out a union to do snow shoveling at Quincy Center in the winter of 2015, and for lunch they ordered maybe 30-40 pizzas from the place, one slice per worker. It’s known that Papas almost went out of business as a result of the pandemic, so, I’m expecting the workers to step up to the plate to save it.
