Ordered large steak sub with peppers and onions and they used the same peppers as they use for pizza long onions long usually the best steak sub but not tonight kid who answered phone ignorant should have known. Pizza was under cooked usually the best around no air conditioning on a hot and muggy day no cold non carbonated drinks. The price well let’s just say absolutely ridiculous, large cheese which is about the size of a small every where else and large steak sub $42.00 . Won’t be back for a long time and that’s why they have all gone out of business.

really disappointed. ordered online because I was in the area and what I received was not papa Ginos. large pizza and a breadstick on Friday evening was 10 minutes past the quote time and once we were home, the order was not even cooked. had to put it under the broiler just to get the cheese melted, but the pizza and breadsticks were still awful. such a shame, $40 wasted. Staff was pleasant, but whoever was working the oven needs to be retrained.

Employee Ian was refusing to provide us with napkins. We asked multiple times and a co worker had told him to give us the napkins. We asked for a take out box and he was ignoring us for awhile until he walked over and threw the box at my friend. Needs to be fired

Love Papa Gino’s. Been going to the Medway one for over 30 years. Waiting for my delivery right now. I’ve tried others in the area but will always get my Papa Gino’s with extra of their good sauce on it. Only downside…I eat a large in one sitting !

After ordering from this establishment over the course of two years I have to say my overall experience is very enjoyable. When I place an order I know my order is done right and if there where to be any issues the staff is fast to fix it and make sure the customer is happy. The pizza recipe they have is very delicious. The crust always has a satisfying crunch to it. The grill menu is always full of flavor and always leaves me wondering if i should have ordered more! Five/Five stars for both food quality and staff!
