the manager at this location needs a reality check. she is not going to have any employees if she keeps treating her employees like a piece of meat. horrible customer service. i witnessed her berate a younger employee in front of customers. i hope they get rid of her she needs lessons in employee and cust relations

Papa Gino’s franchise should be embarrassed to have this location under there name. The worst pizza from the Worcester location is 10x better then what I just got from this dump. They tell me 45 minutes to pick it up because there busy, I show up the place is dead, so that means all my goods has been finished for twenty minutes at least. People save yourself a headache and possibly a stomach ache from under cooked food. Give your hard earned money to a place that actually cares

What the heck. I was under the impression that this pizza would finally convince my father (pop pop) that pizza was delicious. So many people said ” this is great pizza” “great pizza” but no. POP POp HATED IT. And you know how he gets when he is angry. No more papa ginos. No more. 2/5 Stars from me. Just because Lumpy ate it. But no more.
