Lg., 1/2 pepperoni, 1/2 sausage. I usually prefer sg. a bit over pp., but in this case their pp. is better, but still a better sg. than the chains. Thin crust from homemade dough that doesn’t seem to have any rise in it baked in a Blodgett oven with quality ingredients that beat any chain pizza around here. If anything, I’d have finished the pizza straight on the deck for the last 30 seconds to get it as well done as the top. Reheated very nicely later (425, 6 minutes on metal tray to crisp it), maybe even better than straight out of oven.

Just tried out a large sausage and pepperoni pizza and the cheesy garlic bread. Both were amazing and had tons of cheese. Crust is tasty and on the thinner side, sauce is thick and flavorful and as I said before, tons of cheese.

The pizza is really good and the owner cares about the quality of his ingredients. He gets he rolls for the subs from an Italian bakery everything is fresh. Customer experience when ordering etc may not be the focus here but the food is and that’s what’s important and they are really nice.
