Went for dinner when they were about to close (sorry about that lol, didn’t check the hours beforehand) nevertheless received an amazing experience and service, our server was called Natalie, and the food quality was really good. We got the Salmon kabob and Chicken shish kabob. Entrees were tender and juicy.

Tasty food and nice service making you feel welcome. We really like chicken kebob, salmon kebob and salmon and brie sandwich. This time we tried caprese salad which didn’t disappointed. Also worth mentioning, the portions are huge and so we always split for two.

The service here is horrible. 3 times we called to confirm our online order and they confirmed that everything was fine and would have our order ready for pick up on schedule. We show up for our order and they claim that it wasnt in there system and was canceled and been refunded. No cancelation was received nor was there any refund. Victor the store manager has zero customer service skills and refused to assist and was completely rude. A manager should not act the way he did and should be understanding and assist customers.

The way the food prepared is closer to Middle eastern flavor. I worked in Lebanon for 11 years and I am familiar with middle eastern foods. My guests were happy, no left over except the Falafel, I think it’s kind of hard and over spiced.

The service was the worst they told us they couldn’t sit us, after asking about the outside, which was empty, they told us they couldn’t give us quick service. So by the time our food came, it was cold. And one of them was bloody. They did take it back, but by the time that came were ready to go home, so we had to have it to go.
