Excellent coffee served by a very friendly and laid-back staff. Service is at the window. My husband and I enjoyed lattes and pastries at a small table under some trees. It was lovely. One of the best mocha lattes I’ve had. Not too sweet.

This was a lovely place to take my partner for brunch. The staff was very friendly knowledgeable and extraordinarily helpful. On top of all that the coffee and the food were top notch. Be aware that there are no breakfast burritos (Google won’t let them change this about their listing for some odd reason.) but their croissant sandwiches and quiche are really really good.

Recently, I was fortunate enough to be spending time in Golden and in need of GOOD Coffee!!!!! After much deliberation and reading reviews like this, except completely different, I set off on my trek to Pangea Coffee Roasters.

First time to try PCR, mostly because of the highly inclusive name and insane ratings. Did not disappoint. Ordered a simple brewed coffee(java) that was perfect and enjoyed the sunshine on the side of the building. Great spot!

Great little coffee shop. Seemed to be really popular with Mines (Engineering College in Golden) students. It definitely get like a place I could sit down and spend some time. I know this is only my personal opinion but I wasn’t a fan of the flavor of their espresso at all. It seemed very earthy and a little bitter.

I’ve been living in the area for a few months now, and Pangea is THE place to get your coffee beans if you want to brew coffee at home. They are currently a three person team running a tight ship roasting beans and selling drinks. All of their coffee is roasted fresh. I don’t know how many bags of beans I’ve tried with Pangea at this point, and all of them had been delicious. I brought up a small issue with one bag recently, and the owners immediately set out to find a solution and made me a happy customer. Matt and Amanda stand by their products and are an awesome part of the community. Buy local whether you’re buying for yourself or a gift for others!

Cute little place with an outdoor seating area. I’ve never been inside, this might be left over from COVID. I have always enjoyed the lattes from this roaster, especially with the honey!!

My husband discovered Pangea coffee while visiting the area several years back. He had a cold brew that blew his mind and asked which beans they used. Since then (6+ years), we have ordered only their beans for our morning hot coffee ritual and often mumble to ourselves ‘this is the best coffee’ as we sip it. Our guests always love our coffee too. It is equally delicious brewed from our Technivorm pot, aero press, pour over and cold brew methods. Love, love love pangea – great coffee, great service and great people.

love this place! Excellent tea selection and their blueberry scones are the best around. The service is counter order and outside. Grab and go. The service is wonderful!

Absolutely great quality beans and espresso drinks. There’s no bathroom, indoor seating, or WiFi. However, they don’t ask for a tip which most places do for to-go coffee these days.
