I really wanted to like this place, which is probably why I have given them 3 chances over the past month, but each time I’ve gone my meal has been a 3 star meal. The first time I went I got the short rib banh mi and the short rib pappardelle. I really enjoyed their unique take on the banh mi and the fresh pappardelle was great, however, you can see in the picture that my pasta was served very “wet”, and I’m not sure why. I’ve seen other people’s pics of this dish, and they never look as wet as mine did. It would have been better without as much of that “sauce” (“sauce” is being pretty generous too, it was more just like straight au jus from the short rib).

There is a little menu with random items, which is fine, but there were three items they were out of. $14 for a beet salad that was dry greens with three slices of canned beets was not worth it. The meatballs were really good , however, they were served on ice cold polenta. The service is really great and it could be a great place with some focus.

The best burger! The zucchini beet purée appetizer is so good! Carlee is amazing and so attentive to everything she does! Victor and Stephon are very friendly & truly care about creating food that is not only delicious but artistic as well. I haven’t eaten out anywhere else since my first time coming.

Came in and sat at the bar. If i were to describe my experience eating here its like sitting at the Chefs Table as he prepared the dishes. I enjoyed every moment from beginning to end. It was the best experience because i got to converse with the chef as he told his story on how every dish was made. They paid attention to details, down to the garnishes. I was very excited and started eating then took photos afterwards.

I celebrated my birthday with friends at Pangea! We made reservations ahead of time and our table was ready as we arrived. We ordered 5 different dishes and they were all truly delicious! The dressing on the side salad was very refreshing! The pasta is made in house and fabulous! Will definitely be back to try the desert menu!

We were running out of options for a last minute date night. Luckily I snagged a reservation and we showed up. It was raining though and everyone had moved inside. To my astonishment their service was attentive and transparent about the situation. They sat us at the bar and very shortly they had us seated despite the situation. The rest of the night was perfect.
