I was with my grandma and she loves Italy and of course theirs food, we liked the decoration, place and food. Outside they have a nice flowered patio surrounded by a live green fence.

This was a last min find when our Mothers day plans changed. Wasn’t sure what to expect. Staff was clearly going crazy with how busy they were for the Mothers day rush, But they were awesome and the food was top notch taste. Super GREAT Red Sauce Italian food. My wife and I both had the calzone and loved it. Our boys had a Margarita Pizza that they loved.. We also had cocktails (not the boys).. Best cocktail I’ve had in a long time. C

This used to be one of the best places in the area. I went a few months ago and the service was absolutely horrible. The management was very unprofessional. Our drinks took 30 minutes to come out and food took 2 hours. I gave it another shot for takeout last night and was even more disappointed. It not only took over an hour for ONE SALAD, but the salad was messed up! It’s a shame what happened to this place.

This review comes with abundant photos, of beautiful but entirely unremarkable food. The shining star of our entire meal was the order of Calamari, which was crisp, well salted, and abundant. The Tropical Salad was unworthy of human consumption, the arranged rather than tossed salad, and abnormally large pieces of lettuce, made consuming it on such a small plate all but impossible. The chicken parm was bland beyond our wildest dreams, and used a chicken breath with the bone in wing attached, I would hope someone simply ordered the wrong item, as no one likes the surprise of what looks like golden crispy goodness and ends up being a wing bone. The eggplant parm had flavor and texture notes of uncooked flour, and weirdly distributed layers of mozzarella and herbs… the most offensive thing about it wasn’t the side of … wait… if doesn’t come with a side of anything… it was the low moisture part skim mozzarella that they charred into a solid surface ontop. I considered keeping it to plug any leaking tires on the way home. To further enhance the mediocrity, despite being empty, our drinks took 20 minutes to leave the bar. Admittedly the orange whiskey tea is the best thing on the menu… so… go for the drinks and prepare to be otherwise let down… drive for real Italian food, Rezza in Roseland does a nice job… as does the ever venerated E and V in Paterson…ALSO… avoid the expresso… it was the most bitter expresso i have ever consumed…i was waiting for a plume of cyanide gas to come off in the steam… though that may have had more flavor than the rest of the meal…

I used to come here years ago, and they’ve clearly changed their suppliers or ownership. No more breadsticks, calamari no longer has the squid legs, etc. The service was so poor that the owner had to serve food and drinks (they were obviously short-staffed). The food was not impressive and the pizzas were covered in grease. Our Caesar dressing tasted watered down. Very overpriced for the experience. However, the atmosphere outside is quite nice (although the ivy has been all removed). The inside is very loud and echoey.

This place RUINED OUR MOTHERS DAY CELEBRATION. We made a reservation 1 week ahead. Management had no ability to manage. We waited at our table for 1 and a half hours!!!! THE MEALS NEVER CAME!!! We left and will never come back. They had one person working the pizza oven ON MOTHERS DAY!!! Why ask for reservations if you can not plan ahead! NEVER AGAIN!!! Also, in a day like Mother’s Day be ready and call extra cooks.

I had the calzone with spinach, mushrooms, mozzarella and ricotta cheese. It was mostly spinach with hardly any cheeses. Very noisy, very hard to have a conversation with the person sitting across the table. Prices were quite high for a lunch menu.

Our large group that prepaid with deposit was deprioritized. Service was TERRIBLE with drinks taking nearly 30 minutes and entrees arriving an hour and a half after ordering. Customers around us ordering after us but getting food before us. Quality of food was affected by significantly delayed service. Group of 10+? AVOID.

Had lunch, a watermelon gazpacho and a single serve pizza, everything was excellent, I used to go regularly when in the area. My recommendation remains excellent.
