Great authentic Chinese and Japanese food in Vermont.

Very good. I rate it 5 stars within a Chinese restaurants category. Everything we had was flavorful. The food presentation was very good as well. All staff were wearing masks. Very polite and helpful. Duck roll is basically a Peking duck variation. Duck in pine nuts was sweet and crunchy, the duck was in chunks, not shredded as the name suggested. Sushi was fresh and good. The bathrooms were very clean.

Nothing fancy about this resturant, but for really good Chinese/Japanese food, it’s one of the best places in the area. Service is fast, friendly, and good. Very nice atmosphere. They offer carryout as well. Their Crab Rangoon and Pork Fried Dumplings are exceptional. Try their Mala Chicken, my spicy favorite!

We were seated quickly but our server could have been a tab more attentive, but they also had a lot of tables to themselves so we understood. I ordered the chicken and seafood stir fry which came with shrimp, scallops and chicken strips. The house specials also come with a cup of soup. Food came out quickly and they also box your left overs for you which is super nice. Would definitely come back!

Vegetable lomein was okay but very salty. Crab Rangoon didn’t appear to have much of a filling. Buddhist delight lacking flavor. Ordered vegetable spring roll and they contained pork. Would not order from here again.

We’ve been vacationing in the Brattleboro, Vermont area for several years and had never tried Panda North until this time. We were greeted and seated immediately. Service was wonderful and so was the presentation of the food. There were seven of us, and we all agree it was the best Chinese food we had ever had. We’ll be stopping at Panda North every time we’re in Vermont now.

My son and I love the scallion pancakes and the chicken teriyaki on a stick. We treat ourselves maybe once every 6 weeks, and we have only done carry out, and the food has been hot and fresh each time. Like I said we’ve only done carry out, so we have only been to the front counter area to pick up the food. From what we can see and tell, the place looks clean. Nice open area with plenty of seating. There is also plenty of parking.

First the staff was not attentive at all. Took me almost ten minutes to order. After the food came I still had to ask for chop sticks or utensils to eat with.

We first ate there pre-pandemic. During the pandemic we did curbside pu several times. We are delighted there is table service there now. Even better, the restaurant has maintained its outstanding quality. No heavy over battered foods that you might get at another Chinese restaurant. Bravo for surviving the Pandemic and preserving your quality of cuisine.
