Unfortunately, like so many places they were short staffed. The food is still great, but the wait was long. The other patrons were less patient changing the mood/ atmosphere. Normally a 5 star place.

The food here is the best Asian food in Hermiston! The staff are all very friendly and efficient. I definitely recommend eating here. Bring a big appetite though. You’ll get enough food for your meal plus one or two leftover lunches.

Have not eaten here in years and although I was sad that the buffet was closed the food is the same excellent quality as it has been for years. I worked in Hermiston for 14 years and this was my go to place….now a road trip to Portland the food does not and will not dissapoint. We will always try to stop for this excellent little place and you should too.

Broccoli Beef with veggie lo mein and a frosty Tsingtao to wash it down. This place is a classic Chinese & American joint full of divey awesomeness and friendly folks! Check out the booths! A throw back to another time! Happy to have stumbled upon this old gem!

Bar is called V8 bar and the bartenders are like night and day. Ones bubbly, other is a stiff. One is happy and outgoing, the other is all business. Food is Mediocre. No more buffet sucks but as the owner explained it to me, people just eat too much and food costs too much. I agree. Poker machines are average.most days

Ordered online. Order cost $20 more then if I got it in restaurant. Food was over an hour late and delivered cold. Rice tasted like bleach and was very dry. Will never order from here again. If you want great Chinese food and great service try Golden Palace. Panda Inn will leave you disappointed
