No customers unless you order take out. Looks clean until seated. Sticky table & chairs. Not friendly. You wait on self to figure seating, menu, etc., food was lathered in sauce, luke warm. We tossed ours. Knew! establishment would not reimburse from could care less attitude. If you like to be left alone in a diner this place is for you but I will not visit again.

My husband and I did not enjoy the food. We ordered the bird’s nest egg rolls, chicken fried rice, and beef lo mein noodles. The egg rolls were tiny and hard. The beef lo me noodles were not Chinese noodles; they were just regular noodles. The rice was brown, which I didn’t care for; I prefer white. The birdnest was ok. It had different meats and vegetables with a sauce that I did like, we dined in, and everything was served in carryout containers and a dinky plastic fork that I could not cut or pick up any of the food with. Also, the table we sat at was sticky and not cleaned well.

Tables where sticky. Large portions of rice and small portions of whatever the primary meal is. No refills on drinks. Don’t order the lo mein it is just spaghetti noodles soaked in soy sauce. Too many shortcuts and compromises on food to ever want to return back. Used to be one of the best places to eat in Hazard.

We have always enjoyed the food at Panda Inn but the cook changed or the owners changed. I always get shrimp fried rice and today it was very dry and not very flavorful. I love shrimp fried rice but was disappointed today. My husband likes Kung Pao Chicken with no peanuts(allergic to the peanuts). The portion was very small as to what it always was before. The chicken pieces were very small and more breading than actual meat. Probably will not try them again. Price for this meal was $26.00.
