I had the roast pork and the shrimp in lobster sauce which was quite delicious. The roast pork was also good but it was not sliced and is more like chunks of meat that come off of a spare rib so a small expectations challenge there for me but it ate well. I’m being picky— 4.5 stars out of 5

Tried ordering from them for the first time today just to try another place in our area but never again!!! First off it was a mission to even communicate and get the order In, the girl on the phone want even familiar with their own menu! Finally ordered at about 6 and were told approx 45min. At 7 we called and were told the driver is out for delivery, at 7:20 we called again they said the contacted the driver, should be there in a couple of minutes they said. 7:45 nothing! Called back to cancel the order and not even the slightest attempt on their end to make it right. What a disappointment!

I don’t know what the hell happened to this place. It used to taste so fresh. The last time I ate here, the lo mein was awful; it was dry, the noodles were a dark brown color; it was totally inedible. The shrimp and lobster sauce was a sticky, gooey mess. Even the soup was nasty. The wontons were very tough to chew. And to top it all off, I woke up with the worst headache the next morning.

Tonight was the last straw. We have been customers of Panda house since they opened. We ordered I would say six to seven times a month. My husband called in an order. One of the owners answered. If you spend 30.00 they offer free dumplings. The order total was 29.95. She wouldn’t let soda count towards the total. This isn’t the first time she has done this to me. The first time I let it slide. This time no way! After all the business we have given them. She wouldn’t give us the free dumplings. Hung up on me twice! I will never ever order from her again. Her husband is very nice. I feel bad for him!
