If I could give this place a zero star I would the food is gross. No flavor whatsoever on top of that the egg rolls weren’t cooked enough and they didn’t even look like what egg rolls are supposed to have inside the lo mein is terrible no flavor and the chicken fingers absolutely disgusting it’s like water downed texture. The chicken broccoli was disgusting it taste like it was soaking in dirty dish water on top of all this they forgot to deliver the egg rolls it was terrible . My first and last time getting food from this place. Never again

Panda house suffers from low cooking temperature. Food was undercooked across the board. Chicken finger batter was still raw and pasty. Chicken teriyaki was cooked thoroughly however was missing any form of sear, or maillard reaction, might as well have been boiled in water. Also chicken teriyaki tasted like straight soy sauce, no sweetness and was grey-ish in appearance. Spare ribs were also missing any browning/sear/maillard and tasted “boiled” and somehow lacking of saltiness. The dumplings were actually very good, but he dipping sauce tasted like supermarket sauce and was very simple in flavor. Beef teriyaki also suffered the same fate as the boneless ribs and chicken and was lacking any browning. Panda house, if you’re reading this, please turn up your burners lol. The food and customers would appreciate it. Service was decent, but bad food can’t be made up for by good service.

I used to go to Panda House back in the 90s and I had moved away. The food was the best around. I recently moved back to the area and we had takeout Saturday night. We ordered the pu-pu platter and a combination meal. The food was terrible. The combo meal had small portions. The pu pu platter was mini sized. Chicken wings were tiny, chicken fingers were small. I am not sure if owners changed, but this is not the same Panda House I remember. I do NOT recommend this restaurant.

Everything was very good. Chow mein had no flavor and was very watery though. Not much chicken in it. Outside of that , the beef teriyaki was good, and so were the rangoon’s and orange chicken.

Just ordered lunch from Panda House. The rice was super dry and bland, had no flavor. The General Tsos chicken sauce tasted funny. I asked for Broccoli, they charged me $1.00 (WHICH IS NOT A LOT) but for two tiny, soggy pieces of BROCCOLI, I say don’t even bother. The crab Rangoons were okay. I used to LOVE Panda House. Their food was so fresh and delicious. I was starving, and was super disappointed.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Just spent $55 on food and absolutely nothing we ordered was good. Crab Rangoons were over cooked, spare ribs were over cooked a s no flavor, general TSO was disgusting, and egg rolls were bland and taste like cardboard. Never again we all want to barf now!

Used to be great, but no longer. Food is still decent, but service and prices are terrible. Took almost 90 minutes to get our food, and they forgot to give us all of our sauce. Ordered at 4:30 to beat the dinner rush, but still didn’t get my food until almost 6:00. Delivery driver was less than punctual and very unprofessional.

I paid over $40 for my order, I even went out of my way to go and retrieve my order that I had placed for dinner. This was my first time ordering from here. I picked up my food and went home, I opened the bag my order was on and to my surprise, my order was not what I ordered. I called them to voice my concern for the order that I had placed, at first they did not want to remake my order because I have already had a “certain item” that wasn’t what I ordered with me. No exchange due to COVID which is understandable, but trying to charge me again for an item that I had previously ordered and wasn’t inside my take out bag. Eventually they said I would get a replacement, and delivered to me as well because I already wasted time going there the least they could do is deliver my food free of charge for the inconvenience of my first ever visit there. But there was a catch, I had to order More food in order to get it delivered, so I ordered a single order of boneless spare ribs. Boom, I received my original order, and needles to say I will not be coming back to this place ever again.
