Panda Express at the MSC Tamu is neat and clean and the food when it is hot out of the wok is yummy. Black pepper chicken and orange chicken and sweet fire pineapple chicken are the best. The prices have increased recently and it has become difficult to get an affordable plate. Regular plate is now 9 dollars. Also, the food finishes by 5 pm and they close at 6 . The timings make it hard to grab a hot meal for dinner. But the food is nice . AND they need to provide more signs or lights pointing to the store as it is located in the corner and hard to spot if it is open or not.

Great taste, my favourite is honey walnut shrimp and orange chicken. I have tried everything and everything tastes good. Best part ordering from Pandas express is their quick service.

Panda Express is reliable. I found the MSC location to be consistent with the food quality at other locations. This is fast food, not gourmet food. By fast food standards, Panda Express, and this location, is alright with me. I will be back when I have lunch on campus.

The food has always been pretty great. However, the staff, one person in particular named Ana, is ALWAYS rude to customers. She would take cups out of customers hands for trying to get water out of the soft drink station. She is softer spoken and gets very irritated and yells to customers when they can’t her/understand her.

The staff is lazy, rude, and dishonest. If I could give zero stars, I would. I drive for a delivery service and was set to pick up an order from this location. I received the order at 9.11 and was there within 10 mins. When I arrived, the employees told me they could not fill the order because they claimed to be closed. Online it is clearly posted that they close at 10 PM and yet they refused my customer’s order that was made nearly an hour before closing, and made no attempt to fix the situation. Not only did my customer not get their food, but I wasted my time and gas, and now have had my ratings drop because of someone else’s negligence. Poorest customer service ever!

Food is pretty mediocre, and doesn’t seem to have much of a selection compared to the Panda @ Polo. Fried rice and noodles had a burnt taste to it which I disliked. Convenient but not good.

Always lacking beinjing beef and other sides. The quality of the food is also lacking considering other branches.

Meh. Sometimes the fried rice has clumps in it, or is just straight-up burnt. Today, mine tasted so acrid and I just couldn’t get past that burnt taste…last time I get fried rice. But the other sides seem fine most of the time, and I enjoy the entrees.

Located on the basement level of the MSC. Had a menu with limited options. Staff can be a hit or miss depending on the rush. Food is good – no complaints there.

I would like to have given 5 stars because I’ve eaten here so many times and had a lot of good meals. Probably spent over $400 dining dollars here over my 4 years at a&m. But the negatives equal the positives. There were probably 5 or 6 times where the rice was a clump of carbs rather than real rice (this happened with fried rice and white rice). A couple of times the orange chicken tasted like pure chewy tendons. I’m not going to complain about them running out of certain things because it allowed me to try new things. Coming from a die hard panda enthusiast, this panda is deserving of no more and no less than 3 stars.
