The food was better than I expected. Very tasty, although the chicken did have a little gristle and fat. The fried rice and the spring rolls were particularly good. They have a self-serve drink station, which is convenient and good value.

Fried rice sucked. Rice is either barely cooked or somols it’s really hard. Very disappointing.

The food here was easily the worst quality I’ve experienced from Panda. The chow mein didn’t have any vegetables and was unevenly cooked and coated. The vegetables in the string bean chicken were also overcooked and there was almost no chicken in my portion. I will not come to this location again.

Great foods and affordable. $25 for 2. Serving big. Staff were friendly and helpful. Fast, easy and convenient. They didn’t ask for tips. It is great.

Food is good. Alot of hidden charges that are given to you as you are trying to order. Even when given options of small med or lg you are told that can only be medium and up. There facilities are small not for big groups. I do love there chow main.

They have some very great employees this July 2023. From mobile order to in my hands in about three minutes. Also very pleasant and clean building

I love Panda Express so much; it’s always been my favorite place to eat. However the last month and a half, the place has been horrible. I ordered food for delivery along with my brother, and our food was badly undercooked. I got in contact with the store and only received platitudes, and upon my brother throwing up from the food poisoning, I got in contact with the Alaska Food and Health Department. They assured me that they’d investigate the store, so about two weeks later I felt confident enough to order from them again. Unfortunately nothing changed; my food (orange chicken) was undercooked again, and on top of that the egg rolls weren’t cooked right this time. I ended up having severe nausea. I haven’t ordered from them since, but a coworker of mine told me they’d gotten food from the place only to get severe food poisoning. So this is a food safety issue that’s been going on for at least a month and a half; until this place gets sorted out, I heavily recommend that you avoid this place.

Well, Panda is always good, however they were about to close to we took the leftover. They close at 5pm that day because it was Memorial day, and we arrived 4:50pm, so to be fair, it was not there fault.

Very very lazy employees. Asked for extra napkins and was denied?? They said that is something I should have asked for before I got to the pay window ? Very lazy workers. I could see the mnapkins next to them, it wouldn’t have even taken a second to get them to me. When I said so I got a huge attitude about it.

If you would like to go drive through just be ready for an extra laundry and car cleaning cause their sauce dripping right from their to go boxes all the time. Do not recommend, better go somewhere else.
