Went here tonight and my chicken tasted old. My noodles were LOADED with so much onion I couldn’t even eat them waste of money. Also the last few times I’ve come here I end up with black tar looking chunks of something in my noodles. Gross. The lady who took our order wasn’t very friendly either ♀️

Very busy, line was long but moved through quickly. We waited for take out only a short while. Food was hot fresh and tasty. Even though they were running low on supplies, service was great and got our order filled to satisfaction.

I don’t know what the point is of being open late but having no food people actually want. Went through the drive through tonight after 9 pm when they are closing up shop and have little to no food left I understand that, but with these later hours and it being a day later on in the week you would think they would have more than 1 freaking egg roll down, the poor girl taking my order couldn’t even give me a large order of beef and broccoli, and fried Rice because they didn’t have anything down. Basically don’t come unless you get here during begging of a rush when they actually have food cooked

For whatever reason this specific local Panda Express location ALWAYS does a perfect job on the food. Maybe it’s the high volume of sales forcing fresh food to constantly refill the bins? Maybe the cooks are trained better? Perhaps the leadership is a little more skilled and motivated than other locations? Who knows… what I do know is when I want panda this is the place I’ll choose to go regardless of where I’m at in town. Oh yeah… they do military discounts, not many places still do this.

My recent visit to Panda Express in Airway Heights left much to be desired. I had placed an order through their app for pickup, with the promise of it being ready in 20 minutes. However, upon arriving at the restaurant, my order wasn’t prepared, and to my disappointment, they were out of two of the entrees I had selected.

Ok, I normally don’t review fast food restaurants because you know what to expect when you walk in the door. This place was different. When we got there you could tell that there had just been a major rush and all of the high sale items were depleted to include the steamed rice. With a line of rude and some obnoxious customers. The employees were doing everything that they could to keep the customers patient and express there apologies. Most of the people walked out but the professionalism of these employees impressed me. I will be back, if for no other reason, the employees are wonderful.

I use to love having Panda for dinner or even lunch, but it’s been awhile since I’m able to go though the drive thru on a break and drive right out. Every single time I come in its a wait, not like a 3 minute wait like a 15-20 minute wait, taking my whole break. The food is great 80% of the time so I hate that I’ve stopped eating here but its gotten a ridiculous! And I know for sure I am not the only one.
