Great food and great employees. Just don’t go during a rush. You will sit in the drive thru for 20+ minutes like I just did. They will make you wait in line and they won’t ask you to pull forward. They will not apologize for the wait or compensate you in any way. This is typical any day during busy hours. Best when it’s slow.

There’s a good selection of meat dishes (mainly chicken dishes) for meat lovers. If you’re looking strictly for vegetable dishes, you won’t find it here. The closest was green beans with chicken, and mushroom & zucchini with chicken. The other main dishes were deep fried shrimp and peppery steak. You have a choice of 3 sizes – small, medium, or large with only one item in each container. We choose to have the green beans with chicken, mushroom & zucchini with chicken and honey sesame chicken in a medium size. Each container averaged $8. There’s limited choices for vegetarians.

The establishment has always looked clean and well taken care of when I’ve come in here. The staff is super friendly and nice as well. I got brown rice / chow mein and teriyaki chicken. The brown rice was still pretty hard and definitely not fully cooked but ther than that everything tastes great.

I ordered a bowl which has fried rice and kung pao chicken. The food looks fine but it didn’t taste like fried rice and the Kung pao chicken tasted interesting. I was hoping the fried rice was like before. This fried rice taste just like normal rice without fried. In fact, it is soft and it has an interesting taste as well. Also, the cashier looked sad or upset for some reason. I hope he smile to the customers.

Ordered a bigger plate w double orange chicken and honey sesame chicken got home looked in the box and they only gave me a plate of white rice. Called them up explaining what happened and they said I couldn’t get my refund. Good job panda!

They’ve recently changed Saturday night hours to 1030. Didn’t know. Show up at 1035 at the drive thru to order, I’m asked to wait a moment. Then after a few minutes I ask again, again I’m told to wait a moment. After wasting my time for 7 minutes no response. WTH. Why didn’t they just tell me they’re closed. Signs still showing open, lights all on… Wendy’s a block away, is the only fast food that is consistently open late, with solid customer service.

There was a long line in the drive thru. So we decided to order inside. We had to wait for the soggy, oily chow mein noodles that had no taste to be made, it was gross. For some reason, zucchini was also thrown into the noodles, which is not a part of the recipe. Also, the portion sizes for the main entree items were really small.
