I had not been here in years and I was thoroughly impressed on how it looked compared to the last time in. Place was clean, very clean. Staff was on point. Tai is who helped serve me. He answered my questions, gave some menue advices and was friendly and hospitable. He gave the type of service that keeps people coming back. Food tasted great!

They always get the online order wrong. When you call to inform them they say your lying and hang up. No Teriaki on Teriaki chicken then it should just be priced down and called JUST CHICKEN. All the people in this store have an attitude. They have no interest in happy customers just making a buck!

I docked a star because we often have to ask them for fresh shrimp and they put up an argument every time. In our last experience, they told my spouse at the drive thru that it was fresh, only a few minutes old. He felt otherwise after seeing it, so he went inside. There were only 3 pieces of practically dried up (hardly any sauce) honey walnut shrimp in the warming pan. He brought it to heir attention, how can it be only a few mins old but be empty, dry and rubbery feeling – on top of not being hot (hardly warm). They were very defensive, but did make a fresh batch.
