DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY! Waited nearly two hours only to have them cancel and close. Called them twice wondering where the food was. The person on the phone assured me the first time that despite the tracker saying it hadn’t left the restaurant, that she had personally sent it out. Imagine my surprise when the driver (They use Doordash) texts me to say she was refusing to give him the order. When I asked why she lied earlier she said something about the wrong person taking the food or some other nonsense. So our family was starving and we went to a nearby convenience shop for snacks as it was now quite late. The refund was not for the full amount either so we got ripped off there. At the end of the day we paid them to make us starve our first night in Seattle. Do not trust this place.

*** worst Panda Express**** no line and food has been sitting.. We went there and spent $35 bucks for 2 people and the lady was rude even my daughter said that after we sat down.. She didn’t want to explain to me how to order like she was irritated and then I sat down mind you Panda Express is my favorite I’m a regular customer… I have been to other locations even in Oregon and I told my kids they didn’t even give us fortune cookies but my daughter said about the people next to us that they gave them fortune cookies also noticed those customers were the same race as the rude lady… Smh but she should not work in customer service!!! Food was mediocre half cold and half hot because I had old and new food mixed

Went in on mother’s day. One hour before clothes. Wouldn’t make any chow mein or any sides. Would have ordered something if they at least made some extra chow mein. Left without anything also very rude.

Worst customer service ever. Don’t go here. There was no line but they barely had any food made. Two workers were in the front but one was completely ignoring customers. The rest of the staff was in the back yelling at each other. Terrible, won’t be eat here again

I ordered my food online, and when I got it 10 minutes later I had to wait 5 more minutes because they didn’t have part of my order ready, which I understand during busy hours… but when I get home and look at my plate I realize that I paid $15 dollars for a very small portion of food which left me upset and disappointed in this place WOW!!

Great food, Hot and fresh. Unfortunately the service was lacking. Both servers behaved as if they really don’t want to be there. Mostly ignoring costumers, and making as little effort as possible to interact. Outside the inappropriate servers I would still recommend eating here. Just expect a cold shoulder from your servers.

On sun May 14 at 11:52 AM a cashier (young lady) decided to assume my cash was counterfeit and put in through the authentication machine for no reason. I usually pay with card but I decided to pay cash instead and she didn’t say anything and handed off my money to another employee. Nobody apologized for embarrassing me because it turned out to be real money. I’m a young man of vibrancy so maybe that’s why she accused me of counterfeit.

I ordered 2 bigger plates (each bigger plate comes with 3 entrees). The server who served me is Karina C. She verified my order with me, but only give me 2 entrees for one of the bigger plates. This is not how a business should be conducted. Karina wrote herself a note for what entrees I decided for the 2 bigger plates, and yet she messed up this badly. I will like the manager to seriously consider hiring a replacement for her. Honesty is one of the biggest American value in this country, but she didn’t do that.
