The Orange Chicken here is Amazing. Ive eaten at many of these, but this is the best location. The Chicken is made fresh and fast service. The team at the drive through are great. You even get a fortune Cookie. Recommended in Burien.

They’ll close up to an hour early, for seemingly no reason. Update your times, and ordering service on the app. I shouldn’t be able to order from the app show up wait in line just to be told we’re closed. Nobody helped with the refund. Guess I just have to figure that out on my own. Absolutely absurd. Haven’t ever experienced a single panda express that closes a whole hour before it’s posted closing time. Food is fine it’s panda express it’s the same everywhere.

This panda express crew on several occasions has always exceeded expectations. They are always professional and accommodating for their guests. I am an Uber eats driver for five years and have been in the service industry for almost 30 coming from Las Vegas. I came to pick an order up and the lobby was closed and the drive-through at 20 cars in it. I ran into Gwen in the parking lot as I assume she was on her way home. She asked if she could help me and went inside to pick up my order not only did she accommodate my order but the items that were not available she personally cooked fresh ones, and then brought them out to me. This restaurant is always polite and courteous and very very clean every time . big props to this establishment. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. I will not eat at any other panda express other than this one.

CHECK YOUR BAG! I hate that my family loves Panda Express. But this location’s drive thru somehow makes it worse. 9 times out of 10, they forget something I ordered. Forgot the teriyaki chicken, or the sauce. Forgot the extra entree. Forgot the side. Not only forgot the super greens, but forgot the entire side. I believe they skip stuff just to keep the line moving and hope you don’t actually look in your bag or come back.

I was absolutely thrilled to hear about the Burien, WA’s Panda Express location having available the new Beyond Original Orange Chicken!!! Waiting months since hearing about Beyond Meats newest partnership with Panda Express, left me super excited and looking forward to trying it. I’m a huge fan of Beyond Meat products and use to love Panda Express before going plant-based. So you can imagine that I was really looking forward to this historical moment.

This place is usually always good, but the last few times we went through the drive-thru, I literally got 2 pieces of Chicken in my Mushroom Chicken Bowl. Such a huge disappointment getting home to eat my food and finding nothing there.

There’s hair in my food The female taking orders in the drive thru tonight, 11/30/2022, said they were out of teriyaki chicken at 5:30pm??? and then complained about having to make more saying it was gonna take 30 minutes to do so. However, I patiently waited anyway. Then, get home and eat about 1/4 of the food before seeing this string of straight black hair in the mix I have short curly brown coils. That’s ok whench karma is a mofo and if ur lazy as ain’t tryna work move da phuq around sitch!!
