Just like everyone else I am a huge fan of Panda Express for their usual consistency for their food. The food isnt the problem. I have had two issues with the specific location. Getting a refund is like pulling teeth and only receiving rice and low mein but was missing the entrees for one of my bowls I ordered. Okay, so things happen. my son wasn’t going to go malnourished by this mistake but was very disappointed. So I attempt to call. No answer. Okay, I work graveyard so I didnt want to spend times missing these guys so I figured i would just send an email to corporate and let them handle this. I took a pic of the missing entree and receipt and they sent it over to the this location. I never heard a word. Nada, nothing zilch. Look, like I said I love Panda Express, but letting your customers hang to only get ignored by this location is really pathetic. This location has lost my business forever. There are other locations that will get my business. No giving me a refund for this speaks volumes. This has nothing to do with the employees or the food this is all about the owner who makes these decision on how he runs this business. Making a complaint to the Washington State BBB to get this resolved.

I’ve ordered from this Panda Express location several times throughout the years. It always hits the spot. However, I do think they should reduce the amount of added sugar in their food. That’s why I didn’t give it 5 stars.

Unfortunately, the management of this location has decided to significantly reduce portion sizes recently, presumably to save on food-costs. It’s been reduced to the point that Bigger Plate (3 entrée) now looks exactly like the regular Plate (2 entrée) used to here and usually does at any other Panda Express location. I’ve also observed them being very rude and micro-managing about this with the rest of the staff. While the food tasted as good as ever, I feel like the quantity is no longer a good value with such reduced portions and I cannot in good conscience support this sort of behavior on the part of management.

Went here for lunch today and bought food for myself and a friend, my food was fine but my friend after he ate the Beijing beef and the sweet fire chicken today not even 20mins later he throws up all the food. Made it home and he’s been throwing up for awhile now and the only thing he had was panda express.

I’ve had Panda Express from many locations and I get the same entree all the time. This is the only place where the food wasn’t as tasty as the other locations. It was just lacking the flavor.

I ordered angus beef which cost extra $1.25 because it is listed as premium entree, however I only got one slice of beef????? Things are getting super ridiculous!!!

I’m impressed at the FRESHNESS of the combo I got today! I didn’t have any dried out crunchy pieces or all batter pieces like normal. The rice was also fresh. The service was prompt (immediate!) and friendly and courteous. This is definitely my best Panda experience in any state. I’ll be coming back here!!

My daughter really likes the food here. It seems pretty fresh for fast food, and it is tasty. The price for the kid’s meal is very fair. The employees are nice and the place is clean. The only problem with this particular Panda Express is location. We live in Lake City only a couple minutes walk from this Panda Express. It does not feel safe to walk there when it is getting even close to dark. This is not the business’ fault. It is a problem for all businesses in that complex.
