Do not go anywhere near closing. Got in line at 8 pm waited 30 minutes to order through the drive through and the person taking my order asks “do you want to know what we have left?” Beyond that while I was waiting in the drive through I saw chaos unravel as the panda employee was delivering the wrong meals to cars then running and taking them and swapping them. I love panda and understand it’s tough finding good employees but this place is a cluster and I will not be back anytime soon. Thanks for wasting my time Panda!

The staff will hang up on you when you ask for a refund and make excuses about why they cannot get you a manager. When you go in and ask for manager. The staff ignores you. When they get your order wrong, they do nothing to resolve it. Order #1161 9/18/22 5:54 PM, drive through. 1 meal refund? On a 38.63 order. Refused.

I literally stood in line here for more than 5 minutes, nobody else in line. The lady didn’t even look up or acknowledge me. Then someone else comes in. And she serves his or her order up. Found plastic in my wife’s fried rice, some of it was even cooked with the food. This is insane I can’t believe I have to really watch for plastic in my pregnant wife’s food this is ridiculous, one day this place is gonna have a lawsuit on their hands for stuff like this, I know I can’t be the only one.

They are average there. The employees don’t really work together. I had to sit and wait for about 15 min for them to make more fried rice, so I sat there watching them work. I noticed they lacked leadership and honestly the the drive. Everyone thinks that they are worth more a hr then they are. I remember when you got paid on ability and performance not because you simply show up.

I got severe food poisoning here. I had to go to the ER for dehydration, because I couldn’t hold food down for 72 hours. They had to give me fluids in an IV. The walnut shrimp was the culprit. Eat at your own risk. : (

This is the last time I come here. Every single time I have ordered online, it gives me a time to pick it up, and when I show up it is never ready because they have never started it. Then tonight I made another order, it wasn’t ready on time,and I got home and only found ONE of my two entrees in the dish. Unacceptable. Paid $9 for half a meal.
