The portions are SMALL!!! DON’T GO HERE if this is your last meal of the day because you’re gonna be hungry. Why can I see the white of the plate?? This is a kid’s meal.

Good luck with getting fresh food here it’s definitely a hit and miss . Ordered door dash and everything was hard and old . Noodles had to be the end very little noodles. I was so irritated I’m sick and ordered for the kid’s for dinner . They gave me two shrimp and they where so hard . Beyond done with this place

This place has gone way down the hill. They give less and less food , essentially for the expensive family meals, they will intentionally only fill 3 of 5 boxes normally, the other 2 boxes will only be 2/3 full. This has happened a few times in last 3 visits. Called them, store manager denied there is a problem, terrible customer service.

Always good! Doesn’t matter if it’s in the QFC in Redmond or, as in this case, at the Factoria Mall. Never had any complaints! Food is fresh, eateries are clean, people are kind. Win – win!

Super disappointed. Ordered a plate, got only one entree. Store asked me to go back to pick for the missing entree, or a refund of $1.5. Not happy with either options. I understand human errors and don’t want to blame the staff there, but what happened is what happened. You can’t be happy when you are hungry.
