The food was good. Clean tables and restrooms. It was nice and cool inside, which was refreshing after a long day. They seemed a bit short-handed, I saw the drive-thru worker having to take orders, get food, and get the money. It seemed very busy. There was only one guy up front doing the same, with a line of customers.

My orders are sometimes wrong which is fine. But the majority of the time the food is super old. I order the exact same thing every time. It smells and tastes bad when old. They should not be serving this food after a certain amount of time goes by. I once got my honey Sesame chicken and it was so dark brown I thought it was the wrong food. It was rock hard and dried completely out on the inside. This location lacks quality check and it could result in someone getting very sick.

I went there at 910. Dine in and drive through says 930 online and on there enter door. Yet they were locked and cleaning. Ignored me knocking and I Went through drive thru and she said due to the time that they already closing that they were very limited. Like only 5 things left. I live 40 min away. Very upset I didn’t get my regular order. I started to eat here often too. Very upset. If you are going to lock your doors early, post different hours.

The grand opening month was great. They were over serving obviously and trying to lure people in you know. Now it’s been quite some time since their opening, their portions have literally shrunk to 1/4 of what they were giving. The last three times I’ve gone it’s been about 5-6 pieces of chicken. Mind blowing. When before, it was about four meals worth! What happened? The second to last time I went they completely forgot 1/2 of the meals we ordered. Didn’t realize til we got home 70 miles later. Felt bad because it was the persons first time trying panda and had to try my order because she didn’t get hers. So that was cool! I was reading one of the last reviews on here and ate here on the 7th too and my food tasted odd, super chemically. I was sick for the next 24 hours and the lady in the review said the same thing. How strange indeed.

Food arrived cold, teriyaki chicken was raw in the middle, missing an order of mushroom chicken, egg rolls were burned. Over all food was lacking in taste and quality. I won’t be ordering again.

food is pretty good, they don’t mess up your order often, wish they gave more rice. on the 7th i had some of their food and when i went for the broccoli it tasted funny. i told my partner that it tasted like throw up. funny enough, a few hours later it came right back up

We came first in line and finished our orders quickly then another team came in behind us and they served them our food and then proceeded to serve the rest of the team and half another team while we sat 20 minutes for our food and we asked for our food and they were like “oh yeah” they picked up our food brought it over and started ringing us up but we said we already paid because we did then they were like okay and then went and set our food back down. We were waiting on only three bowls. One of which was already finished and just sitting there and the other two got finished but were handed off to the other team. Sat waiting watching our food get handed off several times for a long time.

I have TRIED to eat at our new Panda Express 5 different times. I go here specifically for the Super Greens. Each time I have went it has been around 1:00 pm. There has been only crumbs or no super greens. When I ask if they will have any out soon their reply will be “your wait time will be at least 5-10 minutes” it’s a fast food joint. If you see crumbs in your daily food service why would you not be on the ball making more so it could be replenished before it runs out? How many other people turn and walk out because they can’t get what is offered on the menu? Needles to say I’m done waisting my time. I’ll just make my own. I won’t be going back.
