We enjoy eating at Panda Express. This was the first time at this location. We placed our order, and we were surprised at how small the portions were here. I ordered Orange Chicken, and we had to wait 7 minutes for the chicken. When they gave me my bowl, there were maybe 5 pieces of chicken. My husband ordered the mushroom chicken. When he got his plate, there was no chicken in the mushroom chicken. They told him that’s what happens when they are almost out. Since they didn’t have any mushroom chicken that had chicken in it, they gave him a little container of teriyaki chicken with no sauce. It was a good thing we weren’t that hungry.

Store manager is rude and has horrible customer service skills therefore his staff has poor customer service skills. Manager spends more time wiping windows than than helping his staff get orders out in a reasonable time or training them. Might want to consider a staff change.

I have ordered several times from Panda Express in the Spokane area. I recently moved but I noticed they have a Panda Express and couldn’t wait to eat from one of my favorite restaurants. Unfortunately this was not even as good as the so called Chinese food that Safeway serves out of their hot deli. The orange chicken was so overcooked and dried out my dog wouldn’t eat it. The vegetables were not cooked at all, the noodles were just not right. One good thing, I know what I’m not having for dinner.

I don’t know what it was, but I went here a month ago and still remember how good the food was so had to come back and right a review. Im not sure who was cooking a month ago at 10:30 in the morning but best orange chicken bejin beef I have ever had. It was so incredibly good, I’ve been to panda in tri cities often and have never had anything as good as my one experience at this place 10/10 will go again

I would advise against using the drive thru. I have been through it twice now and both times I have received half sized portions. I guess they figure you aren’t going to check before you drive off and they are correct. Go inside and get your proper sized portions.

I have been there three times. Strikes out every time. Broccoli and beef…Broccoli was raw and very little beef. It came on tasteless fried rice. I have ordered the cream cheese wantons and both time they were cold and limp. I am done with them. For their prices the fortune garden kills it.
