Panda express is the only good Chinese type place in the area. It’s good if you catch the dishes fresh otherwise it’s OK. Love the honey walnut shrimp. No matter what stage it’s at. Not bad price for a small family.

I can’t believe I went to panda on Friday and Saturday and I had a bad experience the food is good but definitely some workers I don’t know why they have a position if they don’t do their job we are always waiting for a long time for food ask some workers and they don’t answer Rosio, we have noticed that she makes a great effort to explain to us what is happening and always tries to apologize for what is happening. A boy who was cashier this past Saturday left us like stupids waiting to pay. It is the third time that he is there when I go and hes always in the back staff is always looking for him to help us

At 5pm on a Monday we walked in and over 50% of their dish selections were out and there didn’t seem to be an effort by the kitchen staff to get items restocked in a timely manner. We ordered an item that was supposed to be ready in a couple of minutes and 15 minutes later it still wasn’t ready. We walked out disgusted with the service. We really enjoy Panda Express but this location has been on the downhill slide for months. They are regularly out of many items and the general appearance of the location is poor. I hate to say it but we are done with this location.

Had the worse experience ever at the PE on Delta Waters here in Medford, long story short they didn’t have white rice for my order, they wanted me to order grains, fried rice or more chow mien. When I declined cause, I knew those two meals would sit and be thrown away, I asked for a refund for 2 out of the 9 meals I ordered, manager JIMMY, said he couldn’t that I had to call corporate!!!! At this time Jimmy never approached me and instead used his employee Jessice (who was super sweet) to go back and forth delivery messages when he was only 5 feet away from me. Two customers overheard when I said was going to call corporate and they got upset and started to harass me over me saying that statement, not knowing I was only following instructions by the manager himself!!! They only assumed I was being a Karen and being difficult about the situation. Had Jimmy addressed me and spoke to me and offered another solution besides trying to force me to order food I did not want or not wait until I was cussed out by customers to offer to then replace my meal on a different day, then maybe this review would be different! I also have a daughter that works at this location and makes me question whether I want her working there knowing if someone ever goes off on her, will he step in to try to diffuse the situation? I left the place without a refund and without two meals…. and I left feeling targeted in so many ways possible. I will repeat myself at no point did Jimmy ever cross a single word to me!!! TO the girl who helped me at the front bless you and praises go to you for keeping calm and trying to your best! It did not go unnoticed. Needless to say I did call corporate, and they indeed did confirm he should have and could have done a refund, I hope he learns from this situation that as a manager you are to care about your employees, customers and the service you give as your represent Panda Express.

This location consistently runs out of rice before 5:30pm and refuses to make more for the day, even though they’re open until 10pm. The cashier told me that they know its a popular side dish last time I went, cause this is a consistent problem I run into here, but they still won’t make more for some reason? It’s whack, and I don’t recommend going here for dinner.

Extremely slow service. Rather than call up another cashier, they keep several orders lined up and customers waiting, while a fresh item is being made for a guest ahead. Food was cold by the time I sat down to eat. Dining area was filthy with just about every table dirty. 3 team members just stocking cookies and sauces while a line of customers waiting to pay continued to grow. This location clearly needs better management, it’s the worse I’ve ever seen!!!

Really has gone down hill. My orders looked like they where thrown in and all over the place. Teriyaki chicken tasted oven cooked instead of grilled,Had no flavor! There was more air than food. And my bill was larger then the food portions. Very Disappointed! Its one thing to have a small portion but to throw everything in a box and change a large amount is ridiculous! I could see having to wait if your food is out and takes time to cook again but at least give me my moneys worth of food. Very sloppy and staff at drive thru window are rude!

Came in with my husband during the middle of the launch rush and I have to say I was impressed.. They were truly like a well oiled machine This team work so incredibly well together. It was like they were reading each other’s and the customers minds. Under such an extremely quick pace and stressfull Situation Rosio Was all smiles and busting her butt. She noticed when everything needed filled before it was empty. And by time the food was ready, The bull was almost empty and it was refilled. At the same time, Brenda was working quickly behind her completing online orders. And being a wonderful cashier. We tried to tip, and unfortunately, they told us they were unable to accept them. This is a policy I think needs to be changed because they deserve Recognition Some type of reward for their hard work and tips. truly one of the best fast food experiences I have had in a long, long time. Also, the portions were great. This crew deserves a reward.. Thank you, Brenda and Rosio. For making this a wonderful experience, we will definitely be coming back.

Waited 15 minutes to get the front of the line then the server didn’t say anything just started doing online orders for another 10 minutes, then another server came up to help, got the order done she sat it at the end of the table so waited another 10 minutes. Normally they do great and have good food but today dropped the ball, I didn’t even order at this point i just let my so get their stuff and left.

It was mediocre at best. The grilled teriyaki chicken was dry and they didn’t offer my sauce. The honest walnut shrimp I wanted was a 5-10 minute wait. It was probably because it was rush hour. I’ll probably go again when it isn’t so busy.
