Ordered two plates at drive through At 11:16am. They didn’t have any Mushroom chicken and asked if I’d like to wait while they cooked some, pulled to the front of the store to wait. At 11:22am our food was done and the same young lady who took my order brought our food out. She was very polite and the portions have always been consistent. No, the food isn’t going to be packed to the brim of the container like thanksgiving leftovers, but there is plenty of each item for what you pay. I’ve never had a bad experience here, the staff has always seemed pleasant and the food consistent. Remember that for every bad review there were probably hundreds of perfectly normal experiences, but people barely ever leave reviews unless something went wrong.

This location is very good! I usually get the orange chicken. Sometimes its crunchy and good and sometimes it’s too soft, but it always tastes good. They have good customer service and never seem to mix up any orders. They are doing great and the food smells delicious.

This looks like a brand new restaurant. Everything is clean and shiny. Service was great,it was not busy so i was in and out in a few minutes. Food was fresh, like they just opened at 4pm? I will return to this location when I’m back in town.

the noodles were dry but also mushy, the teriyaki chicken was nasty and tasted like fake chicken. the mushroom chicken tasted like what it feels like to step in water with socks on. the sodas tasted like carbonated water and nothing else. the service was bad i never got a welcome or an hello. im very disappointed in the service i got today

10 minutes after opening I went to get food. Workers still had door locked and were ignoring my in the drive thru. Yes they say me I made eye contact and they still did not open the door and ignored that it was opening. I understand sometimes you run behind but they could have took a couple seconds to let me know instead of seeing me waiting and ignoring that I was there.

Every time we have been here, the orders are messed up or the portions have been so pathetic because the crew when did hurry up and close that they just scraped the bottom of the pan and threw like two green beans and a piece of chicken in and left it pretty much empty And didn’t even make one of the meals. There’s also been the times that things were undercooked and we didn’t realize it and got sick from it.

The food was decent. Very consistent across other panda chains. The lady who took the order could have slowed down a bit. We could barely understand anything she was saying, And then seemed to get upset when we asked her to repeat what she had said. Other than that, the service was great. When we received our food the window worker was super helpful and asked if we needed any extra sauce and napkins. This made the overall experience much better.
