The food was delicious and fresh. The portions were good sizes. I’m not sure why they started giving cold Madarin Teriyaki Sauce? I’d prefer to put warm or hot stuff on my food! Especially when they have it behind the counter. They use to give you a cup of hot Teriyaki sauce for your food.

We eat at this location alot. We usually have a GREAT experience. Today was not one of those times. The selections of food were very limited and we could not get some items we usually purchase. We had to wait for our food which caused some of it to be lukewarm. I asked for a plastic knife which I was told they didn’t have. I asked for another napkin which I was told they were out of. Not true. As we were exiting a worker was bringing out napkins to the dispenser by the pop machine. We were also told our food we had to wait for would be brought to our table which also did not happen. This was not a good experience today and depending on who is working depends on the amount of food you get on your plate. But I still get charged the same if it’s less than the last time. Not real thrilled with this locations performance today. 4-23-23.

I came in around 7 pm on Friday June 9th. They were extremely busy and replacing a lot of empty dishes. I really wanted the sizzling shrimp but they were down to none and backed up on what they were cooking. Edgar and Christian made it a priority to make sure I left with everything I wanted and smiles with amazing communication. Above and beyond doesn’t even cover it. It made my night!

Just visited P.E. again for dinner 4/30/23. All the employees were super friendly, very efficient and even heard female Mgr. (?) highly complimenting the cooks constantly 🙂 Always so nice to hear. The sweet gal who rang us up had all sorts of pins on her hat which she explained were actually different Panda Express pins she has been given. You could tell she loved the company she worked for, very nice to see.

What a disaster. Once you pull in the parking lot your screwed. It’s a dead end and all the spots are way to small to park an average size vehicle in. Very stressful. Once you’re inside you will have to wait in the entire line as there is no plan for picking up a online order. Just wait in line for 20 minutes so someone can hand you your now cold food. The family meal weighed in at an impressive 7.4 pounds! (Yes it weighed so much I actually busted out the scale. $4.71 per pound of food. It leaked out of the boxes onto my expensive table. Also the Kung pow chicken has unannounced whole chilly peppers in it. My wife literally ran to the kitchen and guzzler milk because it was so hot. I threw away probably 4 pounds of food.
