This Panda Express is at what I call their King City location, and they always seem to be a well-run restaurant. They manage to keep orders straight, even when busy. All of the employees stayed busy, either cooking the food, preparing the orders or keeping the place very clean. Very impressive.

Food was good as expected but just as someone else commented, the two ladies that helped us out were friendly and courteous. I’m glad that they were able to vett out that person who was rude to others I hope because we didn’t run into them. Family meal plus extra sides less than $50.

My buddy and I come in and there is literally no food. 10 more customers come in and still no food, 33mins later finally get our food. Seemed like all the employees were sleeping in the back or something. A bunch of kids who lack work ethic. Girl taking orders seemed to roll her eyes every time someone asked for something. Panda is awesome but please get your employees in check. Time is 3:36pm

Staff was nice but I became extremely frustrated when I got home and opened my container. There was only scraps left in the beef and broccoli bowl, I asked if more would be coming, they gave me the option to wait for more and I did. There was 3 pieces of meat and 3 huge broccoli stems in my container, I would of rather the scraps I had seen as it looked better. worked a long day and no lunch so was sadly disappointed

Whoever was cooking the food Thursday night around 8pm on 11/2/2022 did a FANTASTIC job!! Ive been going to this location for years and the food has never tasted as good as it did tonight. Each item we ordered was equally delicious, tasted fresh, orange chicken didn’t feel old and hard, and the flavor on everything was perfect. This crew was polite, friendly and professional, and the store was clean. I’m hoping next Thursday it’ll be the same crew cuz we’ll be back for sure! Good job guys

I waited here for almost 2 hours and they had food ready and the trays. One guy kept coming outside and making snowballs to throw it as employees inside the restaurant. I watched 9 family’s in the time I was there instead go to little Caesar’s. THE FOOD WAS WAITING IN THE TRAYS FOR 2 HOURS. Worst Panda location. It was not even open at 12:30

The employee named Pa deserves a raise, she was incredible and running everything and taking care of customers. The cashier seemed loopy and unprofessional. I made it clear I wanted to purchase a drink, made sure she acknowledged I had taken one then paid and stood off to the side waiting on someone I was with to finish their transaction. The cashier called me back over to tell me she had forgotten to charge me for my drink and wanted to run my card again for what was probably $1.50-2.00 drink. I felt like this was very poor customer service. I gave her the drink back and left and stopped elsewhere for a soda. Aside from that, the food was good and Pa rocked!
