There was absolutely no parking at all I had to have my wife go inside to order while I circled the lot. The food I got was very old. Fresh orange chicken is soft and hot mine is crunchy and taste like it was left on the counter over night. The rice has a hard texture to it and taste old. It’s almost like it’s been sitting under the heat lamp for hours before serving to me. Very very upset with this location. Between my wife and I, we ordered 2 spring rolls, 1 order of cream cheese rangoons, and 2 plates. Order was placed @8:02pm so there was more than enough time to serve fresh food before closing @9:00pm.

Disappointed. We usually enjoy Panda Express. This is what our plates looked like. We were missing an entree in one plate, and in the other plate we were ‘shorted’ part of the side and only had a smaller than usual serving of the soup.

Friend mentioned to check out panda’s website for a $25 family deal which includes two sides and three entree items… for a family of four it’s quite a lot and the same family pack usually close to $40. During this shelter-in-place time it was a very good deal. Easy to order online, you just show your confirmation number to the worker at the make-shift counter that is now placed at the entrance to the establishment. You can also select what time you want for pick-up.

I just love the convenience of the new drive thru at Wahiawa. I will visiting more often for.my lunches, I work in the area. The fried rice is good and of course the orange chicken. Menu prices are a bit high for a plate and it adds up quickly if ordering the specialities. But I love the favor and convenience of Chinese takeout.

Won’t go back to this location. One time when I ordered from doordash, this panda express’ location never sent me a confirmation number and they even blamed it on doordash. Earlier when I ordered, they gave me an incomplete order as well as a medium entree that doesn’t even looked like a medium one. Just really disappointed.

Really bad employees. I had a free kids meal coupon and I gave it to her and I forgot it on top of the glass. I went to the chashier and the pay was $7.02 and I asked my friend on the side “I thought it was free” so She already swiped my card. Then I mentioned to the cashier that I had a coupon she asked where it was and I was looking around and I realized that I forgot it on the glass so I went back and I gave it to her. She had a real Mean face on and she was rolling her eyes at me. Then she called a manager and the manager just gave me my money back by cash and she also rolled her eyes at me. I made a mistake my bad. But they should have not made attitude with me.
