Staff here are great, even when super busy I see them working super hard. Even during dinner rush they work fast to get orders complete. Food is made fresh and this location must have good management because it’s our go-to for an easy family dinner. Love the super greens too

Probably one of the worst Pand Express experiences I’ve ever had. 30 minutes before closing and they have almost nothing and are informing customers that they will NOT be making more food. They also do not let you try any samples so don’t ask, cause apparently they don’t do that here. Not sure if that changed but during Covid I was able to “try a sample” at Kapolei every time I went there (which is a lot). There are 7 employees. Nothing be made, nothing stocked, no forks, spoons or napkins. I will not be coming back to this location again.

I order 3 plates to go and when i got home and tried the food the fried rice is UNCOOKED! very disappointing, everytime i buy from this store there’s always a problem, last time i order plate they forgot to put the walnut shrimp, Now i have to come back and return it, so humbug

Food was dry, service and staff were not caring. One was asleep in the dining area. I also myself and the lady wanted Cho fun, and we were refused. Food was dry and portions were small. Manager unhelpful.

Nicely laid out, albeit slightly smaller square footage, location with friendly staff and amply cooked and ready entreés. I’ve rarely had to wait longer than a few minutes and all items almost always tend to be available. I always visit earlier in the day rather than at night so I don’t know about the late evening experience, but this location is great to visit in the afternoon and early evening. Attentive and helpful staff keeps a good stock and flow of everything in the location.

I’m gonna start saying that I’m not a huge fan of Panda but the fact that they have all their veggies chopped up in clear containers, inside clear fridges for everyone to see was awesome. The place is really clean and, at least for me, everything was fresh, made pretty much on the spot, and hot; nothing was cold or warm when I got home, which for me is a big plus. Definitely would go back!

Food quality is good for what it is, reasonably priced Chinese food. Biggest issue is that the seem unable to make food when requested in online orders. I’ve done several online orders for specific pickup times and I have yet to have the food ready when I get there at the request time or after. Worst case is it being ready over 15 minutes after the requested time.
