They have a queue and they don’t order online at all. We waited almost 20 minutes. During this time, many people passed by us and we would also be able to order and receive our order. They have nice seating but that’s it. Every single time I go here, I see food quality issue. Also asked for walnut shrimp and didn’t get a single walnut. Just few shrimps and that is it. Panda express in prairy city rd is much better.

They said 3 min for chicken , and never did bring it even after we stood waiting at the register half way through our meal. Once we finished eating, we asked for a refund, and they refused. Only offered the chicken then, and as an alternative a bowl for next time. We tossed the receipt for that because we’re not coming back here.

Most of the food was not fresh and dry, long waiting times for fresh food to come up and they did not end up giving it to us. Asked for a refund and they wouldn’t give a refund. Also, they would not change the paper towels in the bathroom after telling them three times. Do yourself a favor and drive to the Folsom location instead.

This is the third time in a row at three different Panda locations where there was no food when I walked in the door. What the hell! How do you sell food if you don’t have it! People don’t come into a fast food restaurant to have to wait 10 or 15 minutes for the food that should’ve been ready when we walked in the door. Used to be you come to a panda you could choose whatever you want and get your food in a reasonable amount of time. What the hell’s going on are you not staffing to save money at the expense of customer service! the time before this the employees were all just sitting around chitchatting, and there was no food in the bowls. We ended up walking out and getting food somewhere else as well as the person who followed us in! Get it together, panda you are no longer my favorite food place. Chipotle is now my favorite. Please get your act together so I can start eating at Panda again. I am not going to eat at a place that doesn’t seem interested in serving us at the level you used to serve us. And to add insult to injury the servers have gotten stingier on the serving sizes.

The food is fine, but they are really stingy on the portions and definitely never give you much especially when you order through grubhub or pick up orders. They know it’s for pick up, so they don’t put enough portions and many times give you the botton of the barrel because they know you won’t check. It’s terrible doing that to folks expecting to go home and share the food with family and ending up not having enough. I ordered the Angus steak, while paying extra there was 3 pieces of the steak. What a joke! Also, don’t bother to put extra instructions because they definitely dont read it.

Don’t come into this restaurant if you want fresh food, fast food, or a pleasant experience. Minimum wait time is about 45 minutes to 80 minutes just to get through a small line, especially at or around dinner time. They only have 1 person cooking and 1 person making orders. The rest of team stands around watching or is on break. Very disappointing.
