This place changes employees and staff like a roll of toilet paper. Portions are inconsistent. Eggrolls not labeled properly. Vegetarian girlfriend ended up with a chicken egg roll. No line…The person who took my order just seemed to want to get it done, as quick as possible was very non personable. Asked me what I want. And was very pushy about asking about entrees etc. Next time I’m going to take my time just to irritate.

I agree with the reviews that they have already posted the management is awful that lady has a personality of a rock and she wont do anything to appease a customer whatsoever something as simple as putting a little sweet and sour over my food all of it and and charging but that’s too much for this lady this lady j u l is her name she’s Indian she needs to look for another job or else your place is going to continuously have the neg reviews employees are extremely unhappy it’s written all over their faces and in their attitude.

Really bad quality and when you let them know, they get upset. I also asked for a refund when less than half of the food was eaten, literally one bite, she argued with me and about it. The shrimp was very soggy and tasted old. I hope they get better management. No wonder they so many one star reviews

I ordered online the night before for a small last minute work Christmas/Retirement lunch between coworkers. Due to COVID-19, potlucks are not good idea at this time. I ordered 15 different plates for pickup the next day at 12:15pm. I arrived, there was a line, but the staff was very efficient and very professional. I had my list of each coworkers order, checked everything just to make sure, and every order had the correct items. This was my first time ordering online and picking up, I’m very impressed. The whole experience was smooth, and everyone enjoyed their customized orders and no worries about cross contamination. I have been here a few times, and I’ve always had no issues. I highly recommend this Panda Express. Thank you guys for doing such a great job.☺️
