I have been to this location a few times and each time I’ve went I’ve had cold food. Yesterday I went thinking “it won’t happen again” lol it did! I had asked them if they can exchange it or if I can have it remade and one of the employees said they couldn’t do anything about it because I had already left the store.

What has happened to the food!? The chow mein is absolutely terrible now. Tastes burnt, oddly seasoned and gross. All the food is different! You have to asl for teriyaki sauce on the teriyaki chicken now. And…its on the side in a half filled plastic ramekin. The veggies need to go back to the old way before the very “authentic” kale was added to it! ♀️it’s horrible. We used to like this place, just can’t do it anymore. It’s just always cold, or bottom of the pan. The people are usually great. Used to have a guy there that really enjoyed his job! Haven’t seen him in years!

If I have less than 1 star I will give. They always give less quantity. Short staff and when big lines form they cut on plate quantity as to serve more people. I had 2 plates for my sons and Lislie (staff) put left over King Pao with such a small quantities (2 to 3 pieces of chicken n mostly oil n red pepper stuff). I didn’t pay attention as my 12 year son ordered to go and when we got home I was surprised to see 3 small spoons of Kung Pao and small quantity of chau mein. Next time I will post pictures. I never have any issues to any Panda Express except this one as far as they immediately cut on quantity specially when big line forms with 1 cook and 1 server and same cashier. Lislie will take cash and with same dirty hands start packing food.

I didn’t like the fact that I went at opening time and they don’t start cooking until they open so you’re just standing around waiting for everything to be cooked. I guess you have option to choose somewhere else to eat but if you want Panda Express and you want it right it opening time you’re going to have to do some waiting around and I was very disappointed that the fact that the food was allegedly freshly cooked but tasted day-old ♀️

Stopped by this location for a late dinner on my way home. Ordered a simple Angus bowl thru the app for 8pm pickup. (20 min) Got there and they gave me bottom of the pan small serving and said they were low on steak. I asked them to cook more because I wanted a full order and fresh food. 20 min later (40 total) I noticed they set aside the old steak and tried serving a small portion on top. I asked for a fresh bowl. They again only gave me a have portion of a premium entree. I had to get the lead to check it and admit it was made wrong. The store did nothing make up for any of this. Not even a free drink or egg roll. Very poorly managed and I will never stop at this location again.

Hard chewy fire roasted chicken with no fire. Half the items were almost empty and dried out. Chow me in was fresh off the grill but tasted old. Service was terrible. Didn’t pay attention and had to give my order several times. Not the first time many empty or almost empty items. This was my last trip to this panda.
