It is 9:20am and it is not open, this place has a public schedule letting you know about hours/time they operate, and for today it says they open at 7:00am. I drove 7 miles away to get here trusting it was open. So….

I sat down to eat and I could not finish my meal. Everything had a burnt taste. Some of the other customers around me were saying the same thing. I threw mine away and I left. I have dined here often. I’m not from the area. I stopped down the street for work once in awhile. They must have had a bad day

Been here twice, mobile orders each time, and each time I had to wait an additional 30 minutes past the ready by time. Kind of sucks

Place was empty (around 3pm-ish) and it still took time for someone to provide service! Toan (the employee that finally came over) literally came and stood in front of me and just looked at me, didnt greet or anything I had to ask him if he was gonna help me. Dude was hella stingy with the servings. Place was out of broccoli beef, sweet fire chicken and teriyaki chicken…Really disappointing and incompetent management of this location.

Food was old there for cold. We ordered eggplant tofu and got not even 1 tofu piece. The lady got upset when I brought it upto her attention and say “we didn’t have to eat there” , wait what, what kind of customer service is that? 🙁

If this the last place in world to take out I’ll consider it! We love Panda Express but the Cochrane location just is a bad experience. Past 3 times we ordered online we had to wait 20-30 min after our pick up time! They don’t even realize there is an online order!! First time we let it go, second time we called customer service and they sent us a meal pass, third time again we were like ok it’s busy lunch time, things happen. This time was ridiculous!! Sent my daughter to pick up order and when she reached there they told her that the place is under renovation so they forwarded the order to Tenant branch!!! I was so upset! Shouldn’t they have called us to inform as soon as we placed the order? Our guests were coming at 12 and order pick up time was 11:30. I placed the order at 10:30 to give them ample notice!
