Every time I’ve tried to pick up an order here, they’ve acted like I’m trying to steal it. Today the woman got frustrated at me for not already having my confirmation email open (something no other store has required), and made me give my first and last name and phone number before giving it over. It was incredibly impolite and very clear she assumed I was lying for seemingly no reason.

My six-year old daughter accidentally dropped her potsticker. I asked to purchase a replacement potsticker. They only allow you to order 3 at a time, so I couldn’t get a single replacement potsticker for her unless I ordered a whole new order. They knew it was for her, but were heartless and didn’t offer to replace the potsticker which was slimy and slippery to begin with. I realize they don’t have to do this, but most places wouldn’t be so heartless. It really was disappointing. Plus we had to wait for the potstickers to begin with, as they hadn’t made new ones. The food is standard panda express, which is what it is, but the employees are unkind, uncaring, and unfeeling.

The most disgusting experience. The food was very very stale, it was so strange but the food chow mein looked like it was leftovers from another order, it had other tiny entree pieces which made it look like leftovers. They are very very very very stingy the beef and broccoli came with ONE piece of beef I am not even kidding the rest was uncooked broccoli. It was such a horrible order I wish I can give it 0 stars. I DONT recommend this place.

Generally I have had good experience with this place. Service is quick and great. Peak lunch hours you may see a line, but otherwise a good place for quick lunch. Food is pretty consistent. Like their hot and sour soup, Chowmein & kung pao, black pepper chicken!

Employees here are incompetent as it gets. We placed a takeout order online. When we got there, the food was sitting. Bring the orders to work to eat and half the items are not in the entrées. I call them to let them know half our food is missing from the order and they say take a picture and drive back here. 18 min drive not even worth the time of day. No apology whatsoever from the staff. Won’t be returning to this location.
