The order attendant provided fast and professional customer service, unfortunately the over all customer experience was destroyed by the cashier at the pick-up window. I normally give no less than a four rating for descent customer service with not even average food. This young lady had the death-ray eyes stare down, with your such a burden get the f___!!! away from window and die body language. This was by far the second most horrible customer service ever at any restaurant. The young man at the order speaker saved it from a negative infinite stars rating, which was the only one that beat this one out. This customer experience also diminished the food experience as well. I can actually continue my rant, but this should suffice I hope. At a minimum retraining of pick-up window cashiers.

Quick service. Hot and fresh food. Sometimes crowded. Parking lot is dangerous. High car break in rate. If you keep any bag or valuable in your car and go in to eat, your car will be broken into. There is also in-and-out in the same complex.

We barely got any food, the pictures below are what the boxes looked like when we opened them. We only got one egg roll and they gave us a little bit of rice. Just go to in-n-out if you want to get your dollars worth.

Every time I come to this Panda Express I get a small proportion of meat. Every other Panda Express, it’s a full scoop of meat. They expect me to be paying full price for barely any meat. Crazy. This is EVERY TIME

This location always have issues it’s best just to go to In and Out next door. Today the could not take cash, I mean imagine being in line and finally get to the drive thru box and find out they are not taking cash. Then you will need to check your order before you leave because something may be missing. Also they don’t have everything on the menu and are missing items. It is a waste of your time to go hear, it is under poor management.
