Shout out to the young Chef JR at Panda Express Vallejo! He cooks the best Black Pepper Steak and all his Chicken dishes are good. He cooks everything with excellent flavor. Better than all the Pandas I’ve been to. Everything taste fresh!

I got the plate with 1/2 rice & 1/2 chow mein. My entrees were honey walnut shrimp [ + $1.25 ] & sesame chicken. [ Or sometimes broccoli beef ] The shrimp are really good ! I also got spring rolls.

I usually don’t post unless something goes wrong. I ordered through DD and received the food just as it appears in the photos. These are both large size and as you can see they are about 75% full. Paid over $12 outside of delivery fees. My opinion is that even if it’s not just vegetables, the boxes should be full because you are paying for that size.

The food is Delicious! But I don’t like the serving of a pound of rice or chow mein…..and a tablespoon of a meat entree (mushroom chicken).

They are very stingy on their portions. I would rather go to Fairfield, Benicia, or Vacaville than go here. Besides, there are better Chinese food restaurants around than to this place.
