Unorganized and legitimately concerning lack of customer service. Ordered online 45 minutes prior and set a specific pick up time. Went in, one of the items was still being cooked and was told it would be another 10 minutes. The workers already packed the other items.

Poor service. I patiently waited about minutes in line. Come my turn, the food that I selected, and was looking at a full serving dish of it right in front of me. A male employee Whispers into the female employee who is serving me before she fills the container with the food, apparently advising her that they had just got an online order and I cannot have that item when I am standing there right in front of them. They stated this is all the food they had numerous times two people before I placed my order. So I was well aware of the first come first serve situation and I was already there, I advise them that this is not fair I’m here in person. And keep in mind the food was still on display the entire time. He refused to see reason and offered no remedy to the situation.
