I don’t expect a lot in these food chain stores. But this is the worst location I’ve ever been to, one of the employees was too busy talking/laughing about other customers with her coworker to serve food when I stood there for minutes. Orange chicken was way too sour and Kung Pao chicken was also overcooked, burnt stuff all over the chicken.

I’ve only done the order online and takeout once. And during this pandemic, its a take-out process which turned out exactly as it should. The entire order was correct, the boxes were packed to the brim with food. Everything was packaged up and ready to go at the time they said it would be ready. The $20 family meal was a tremendous value. Thank you Panda Express!

Cross contamination.. I seen a lady return her food. It had seafood rice and chow main. They put it back in main pots were serve food. Only reason I’m making this bad review because I know people with fish allergies. So be careful coming to this location.

This place makes the best orange chicken. Huge pieces, fried extra crispy, and the sauce is not too sour. Compared to others in the Bay Area where you get smaller pieces of chicken and sometimes you get all batter in your chicken, this place you can actually taste the chicken! It’s not too sauces either.
