It’s May 1st and I ordered the big plate

What can you say? It’s a Panda Express. I absolutely prefer this one to the one in Brentwood. The employees aren’t all that friendly but they seem to work hard. It’s fast food Chinese food. The place is usually clean and they always have the food ready.

Myself and 2 of my coworkers ordered food from Panda at around 10:30am. I don’t know if they served food from yesterday or what but one plate was cold like they tried reheating it but didn’t microwave it long enough. One plate as I mentioned above tasted like left overs and my personal plate had undercooked sweet fire chicken! I’ve had issues with their food seeming a little dried our before but I figure one hour after opening it should be a safe gamble ordering from them. .. It was not! Please get it together Panda. I’m calling out management at this location. They need quality control. After reading other reviews it seems the general consensus that the food tastes reheated. That’s unacceptable. They are a huge chain that can afford to serve the food that their customer pay good money for the right way. Sup cutting corners!!

I haven’t had Panda Express in a very long time, I was in the area and decided to go to this location. Looked like I made a good choice until I saw the small portions of food on my plate and got home to eat it. My steamed rice was the only fully edible item, my husband had fried rice and said it was dry. We both had the teriyaki chicken and mines was not edible, it tasted like something was wrong with the chicken . No amount of sauce could save the meal and it honestly made it worse. I wasted my money and ended up making a sandwich since I was still hungry.

Haven’t been to a Panda Express in awhile, but from what I remembered. They weren’t greedy with offering food when they serviced customers!! I bought a 1 side 2 entree, I believe I could’ve fit it all in one of their bowls! That’s how much the employee didn’t give ! Never again.

I’m extremely upset that I’ve only posted about this now because this is the 3rd time it’s happened to me where it’s been about 9:20 they’re supposed to close at 10 PM but they start cleaning everything and cleaning up at 9 o’clock and that means they’re not cooking any more food so when you get here when you’re supposed to be open and serving food they don’t have any because they’d rather stave a couple dollars and this million dollar corporation pride billion dollar corporation doesn’t want to mix good with their hours of operation and this is not OK especially when I drive so far to come get it interested to be open there was nothing left literally nothing left maybe 2 things that would have been able to be served to somebody there’s no main courses left no rice noodles And there’s almost an hour left that they’re supposed to be open that is not OK it is not OK. This is The type of greediness that is playing this world where a corporation making billions doesn’t want to lose 5 or $10 in materials of food but they’d rather pay their employees an extra hour for standing around Doing nothing and serving no customers because they don’t have any food I need a family meal there’s no way that I’m going to get a family melody here in fact I need to family meals it’s to be correct but of course there’s no food here and they’re closing down an hour early like they always do it’s not right change your hours or change your employees on the proper way to pandel look more people walking in right now amazing just leaving in Disgust.

This branch could’ve been better if the utensils are available at the beverage & napkin area. Cashier should’ve offered the right condiments based on what type of food the customer ordered. The noodles are a little dried out. Overall it’s above average customer service.

We ate dinner at Panda Express for the fundraiser Blessing to be Blessed , happy to donate during this fundraiser at this facility BUT Panda Express had NO ice and No AC on , and the weather was 98 degrees..

We eat panda very frequent so we are familiar when food is bad or good. This location mostly is a missed. The food are either re-heat or sat there for awhile. The sauce on my green bean chicken has coagulated or has gelatinous consistency. The same with the mushroom chicken. The orange chicken tasted soggy. Sometime even rice is hard or crispy – that’s bad!! The steam veggies are good so far. Overall this panda location is a hit or missed. It could use some improvement on their food freshness.

I had a wonderful experience! less than five minutes and Nayomi made my day, drew a star on my plate (although to indicate that two plates were the same) and complimented me. Def made me feel better after a situation at a different restaurant.
