They have terrible customer service, especially this guy is rudely disrespectful and he was even serving poorly cooked chicken but the last straw was when we asked him to add one more product to our order with a very lousy attitude, he agreed after several times having to ask him what It made it terrible that they have workers like this when there are so many good friendly people, excellent workers without work for this kind of mediocre people. If you have been to a panda express before, you know what to expect, the food here is bland. The Sanitation of this restaurant is at an all time low . the workers handle money and touch food. I looked to the back of the restaurant where I seen a worker whom was on break, touching on his nose, his mouth, and then proceeded to put on gloves and come and serve food. No one is washing their hands.

This panda express location is just if I could give no stars I would. They’re always late with online orders, it seems like they are under staffed. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt but this last time I went my order wasn’t ready like always and they shorter me in one of my plate sides so be sure to check you order/plates before you leave…just a bad experience everytime.

Literally the worst panda. And I’m Taiwanese so I should I know. My people need to find better staff and get this show together. I tried to give this place benefit of the doubt but each time they under deliver. Bad service and most of unable to make decent plates. The food is already in front of you. How hard is it to plate them nicely and evenly. I got chow mein today and they decided to proceed to give me mostly onions instead of noodles. Everytime their ratio is off. Get it together Redwood panda.
